Get to know our animalsYes, our keepers do give their ‘babies’ names, once they get to know their personalities. So how did Stinky the Devil and Pita the Pony get their names? Please feel free to ask a keeper, you can probably work out ‘Bush’ the Turkey and ‘Keating’ the Rooster for yourself. 
Being with them everyday means our keepers develop a unique bond and rapport with their ‘children’. Like all proud parents they love to share their knowledge, understanding and experiences as they show off their beautiful family of animals. |
